At Threshold Jewelry, every piece is created to mark a moment.
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we’re here to help.

Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, we offer the following policy:

• Returns or refunds are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• To request a return or refund, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer:

• A replacement, or

• A full refund (depending on the case)

Please note:

• We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing preference, or normal wear.

• Shipping times may vary due to international fulfillment.
